Chimurenga thus, does not obtain your card details, PayPal processes your payment and forwards the payment to us.
You will be sent a payment confirmation email from PayPal immediately payment has successfully been processed..

When checking out, you get redirected to PayPal’s web page for 2 payment options:
1. Proceed without joining PayPal. This option means you will enter your card details and PayPal will process Payment but not setup a PayPal account for you; OR
2. Login or setup a PayPal account. This options means you already have a PayPal account or will set up a Paypal account
ii) Electronic Transfer (EFT):
Upon selection of this payment option, you will receive an email with invoice including banking details for payment
f. Applicable law and disputes
By visiting www.chimurengachronic.co.za you agree that the laws of South Africa will govern these Terms of Service and any dispute that might arise between you and Chimurenga.
Any disputes relating to your visit to Chimurenga.co.za or to products you purchase through www.chimurengachronic.co.za shall be submitted to arbitration in Cape Town, South Africa.
2) DISPATCH AND REFUNDS
a. Dispatching Chimurenga products
We dispatch goods within 2 days of receipt of payment.
b. Delivery methods
All goods are sent via Courier IT (local) and Remail IT (international) dispatch services.
c. Delivery times & tracking
Orders sent via local courier take 3-5 working days after dispatch to reach their destinations within South Africa.
For all destinations outside of South Africa, delivery times range from 15-28 days.
The dispatch services are trackable – this means, for destinations outside of South Africa, we can track your order to the point at which it enters your National postal stream.
With this service, we assume that orders have been delivered to you when we receive confirmation from our dispatch agents that they have entered your National postal stream.
d. Risk of Loss
We will email you upon dispatching your order, informing you of expected date of receipt and requesting that you confirm receipt.
Kindly inform us within one month of the date upon which the email was sent if you have not received your order.
Chimurenga will do all it can to trace goods suspected of being lost in the post, but the decision to repost/courier your order will be at our discretion.
e. Refund policy
You are eligible for full refund if:
For goods to be refunded, you need to supply a written notice (via email) of intent with an explanation upon non-receipt of goods or within one week of receipt of damaged goods.
Chimurenga takes great care to package orders to protect them against damp and transit wear & tear. We undertake to affect your refund within one month of confirming your order to be refundable.
*damage includes: for publications water damage or tearing; clothing damage includes: stains or holes; all other damage will be considered for refund via engagement with Chimurenga Magazine: Goods are to be either posted back to us or photos of damage are to be emailed to us where by damage assessment can be done by Chimurenga. In the event of confirmed damage we undertake to resolve refunds within one month of confirming goods as damaged. Should you prefer for us to resend your order, kindly let us know.

g. Change of address
Kindly inform us of an anticipated change of address and to let us know your new address as soon as possible. We will not resupply goods in the event that we have been supplied by you with an incorrect or redundant address.
